I am very excited about the school year. I believe every student can learn Math. I feel that teachers, parents, and students working together can accomplish this goal. This website will be used to update parents on what we are doing in class. Students can also check the website for information on assignments. My conference is from 2:32 to 3:17. Please feel free to contact me anytime.
All math work must be shown to receive credit. Points will be deducted for giving only answers without work. As with any assignment, students are allowed to make corrections on any assignment. Students are awarded half of the points back to raise their grade. No extra credit is given as we learn from our mistakes. Students are required to keep a spiral of daily focus problems and a math notebook. All are graded on Friday for a daily grade. There are multiple ways for students to raise their grade and earn extra points.
